Willowbank Raceway ensures to provide ease of access for persons with disabilities.
Disabled persons who hold a valid disability concession card, may purchase a discounted entry ticket to specified events (when concession ticket options are available). On entry to the event, the concession cardholder will need to present a valid card to the gate team.
If the concession holder has a valid companion card, their carer may enter the venue, free of charge, simply by presenting the valid companion Card to the gate team on entry. The companion cardholder must accompany the concession cardholder at the time of entry to the event.
Willowbank Raceway provides disabled parking for disabled concession holders. The vehicle must display the Disabled Parking sign. Allocated parking is available at major events, in the Spectator Car Park – second road on the left off Champions Way.
For general access and parking (small events), access is through the Competitor gates – first road on the left off Champions Way.
- Disabled Viewing Platform – The Raceway provides prime and clear viewing locations for disabled patrons including wheelchair access. These access points are located in front of the control tower and the startline seating (refer to venue map)
- Toilet Facilities – The Raceway provides a purpose-built functional disabled toilet facility on site during all events and activities, located alongside the toilet block behind the grandstand (refer to venue map)
