That is exactly what it is!! Five years entry to Willowbank Raceway from date of purchase or our first event. The pass includes entry for two adults, VIP car parking to all major events, and if you are a racer and the holder of this pass you get two extra crew members at every race meetings you are entered and race in.
We feel the Fabulous 5 Pass is exceptional value for money and is the ultimate win/win, for spectators and racers alike. The money raised will be used to help us through these tough times, so get on board and help your local track out with this special offer.
What’s it cost?? The Fabulous 5 Year Pass will cost $1,800.00 and given the situation we are all coming through we are offering generous terms of payment.

Terms & Conditions
- Limited passes available
- Pass is valid for 5 years from the date that events recommence or date of purchase
- Pass is only valid at Willowbank Raceway events and does not include CMC Rocks or similar events that may be run by outside promoters
- Pass MUST be presented at the gate to receive free entry
- Admission includes
- 2 Adults to all Willowbank Raceway events
- VIP parking at all major events
- Pass can be used for 2 extra crew at all events that you have entered.
- The competitor must be the pass holder
- The competitor must be entered and compete at the event
- Competitors must note that you wish to use this pass in the comments on your entry form when entering online
- Pass cannot be transferred or onsold
- Payment plan is available when purchasing, pay off your pass with monthly instalments up until 31st December 2020
- This pass is for gate admission only and is not valid for reserved seating or entry into corporate areas or competitor race entry
- Willowbank Raceway Inc. will not be responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or un-presented tickets
- Lost passes will incur a $150 admin fee
- The sale of a ticket/pass by Willowbank Raceway Inc. does not guarantee space in any viewing areas
WARNING - MOTOR SPORT IS DANGEROUS
In entering Willowbank Raceway's premises (whether for the purposes of attending or participating in a motor sports event or otherwise) you agree:
- to release Willowbank Raceway Inc., the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) promoters, sponsors, organisations, land owners and lessees, organisers of the event, their respective servants, officials, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Associated Entities" from all liability for your death, personal injury (including burns), psychological trauma, loss or damage (including property damage) ("harm:) howsoever arising from your participation in or attendance at the event/premises, except to the extent prohibited by law;
- that Willowbank Raceway Inc., (IHRA) and the Associated Entities do not make any warranty, implied or express, that the event services will be provided with due car and skill or that any materials provided in connection with the services will be fit for the purpose for which they are supplied; and
- to attend or participate in the event/premises at your own risk.
By entering Willowbank Raceway's premises you acknowledge that:
- the risks associated with attending or participating in the event/premises include the risk that you may suffer harm as a result of:
- motor vehicles (or parts of them) colliding with other motor vehicles, persons or property;
- acts of violence and other harmful acts (whether intentional or inadvertent) committed by persons attending or participating in the event; and
- the failure or unsuitability of facilities (including grandstands, fences and guard rails) to ensure the safety of persons or property at the event.
- motor sport is dangerous and that accidents causing harm can and do happen and may happen to you.
You accept the conditions of, and acknowledge the risks arising from, participating in or attending the event/premises and being provided with the event services by Willowbank Raceway Inc., (IHRA) and the Associated Entities.
