SPECTATOR INFORMATION
Spectator Prices – ONLINE

- Concession prices/tickets are for Age & Disability pension, DVA white and gold card holders with "in date" ID only

TICKET INFORMATION:
- Tickets will be available at the gate on the day by debit/credit card only, no cash.
- When purchasing multiple tickets online, you can share the ticket or change the name of the ticket to the name of the spectator attending.
- All tickets must be in the spectator's name that is attending, including children
- Anyone that is unwell must not attend the event
- All spectators must practice personal hygiene and social distancing
- All Patrons including Racers, Crew, Spectators, Life, Special, Fabulous 5 and Season passholders must CHECK IN on arrival using the Check in Qld app and show their valid pass to the gate team.

ONLINE ENTRIES
Close midnight Wednesday prior to the event date.
Racer/crew entry to the event will be under the below conditions.
Racer entry - $88
Crew passes - $22 each - Crew Tickets include a $2.00 non-refundable processing fee
To enter you need to log in to the website and go to the 'Racer' tab and click 'Enter Race' this will take you to the events open for entry.
How to Download Your Tickets
AT THE GATE ENTRIES
Racer entry - $110
Crew passes - $25 each - Crew Tickets include a $2.00 non-refundable processing fee
Passenger Rides - $25 each
- Passenger MUST be 18 years old as a minimum - ID must be shown
- $25 per passenger - paid at scrutineering (by card only) and is additional to spectator entry fee
- Paperwork to be completed at scrutineering
- Only one passenger permitted in the vehicle at a time
- Passenger must have approved helmet, long sleeves, long pants and covered shoes
- Vehicle must have passenger seat, seat belt/harness and windows must be closed
- The passenger is only permitted to ride in the vehicle he/she has signed the indemnity form
- Vehicles must have a known performance of no quicker than 12.00 seconds.
PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- All persons entering Willowbank Raceway on the event day must hold a ticket.
- All persons must stop at the gate on arrival
- All crew passes must be purchased online with your entry. If you turn up at the gate and do not have a pre purchased crew ticket you will be required to purchase a spectator ticket (this is available by card only)
- Children 13 and under must hold a ticket. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian that all children must abide by rules and regulations the same as all other personnel.
- Entries will close midnight Wednesday prior to the Event
- Once an entry is received and processed by the office the entrant will have their e-tickets (all included in entry and purchased) as per above guideline
- No late online entries can be accepted. On the day entries will be accepted at the gate
- If at the close of entries, we do not have enough to make the event viable we will cancel it and refund the entries received for that date only
- Entries will not be refundable
- Entries will not be credited for any reason unless Willowbank Raceway cancels the event, or the competitor has a valid medical reason.
- Entry to the facility is only on event day, no one will be permitted onsite the night before or permitted to stay onsite overnight after the event closure.
- Anyone that is unwell must not attend the event
- All participants must practice personal hygiene and social distancing practices.
Street Vehicle Drag Racing Regulations
While Willowbank Raceway has introduced Street vehicles regulations, Willowbank Raceway is operating all events including Test n Tunes and Street Series as an IHRA member track and all IHRA licenced vehicles /driver/riders must abide by the current IHRA Australian rule book at all Events.
Helmet Standards
- Helmet Requirements - IHRA licence holder is to abide by the current IHRA rule book at any event. At Test'n'Tunes and Street Series events all entrants must meet the minimum standard that can be found here
- Purpose built race vehicles, cars quicker than 10.00 and motorcycles quicker than 9.00 (as per IHRA street bike rules) must comply with the relevant IHRA Class and Safety regulations pertaining to the vehicles
- Any non IHRA licenced street vehicle running quicker than 10.00/10.50 (depending on vehicle) WILL NOT receive their time slip or participate any further in the event.
