JUST SEND IT

Just Send It is a new style of event primarily for drivers and riders to come and try legal off-street drag racing with their Road Going vehicles.

This event is for all levels whether you are a first timer or been running at our regular test n tunes, you can race your mate or just test your vehicle in a controlled safe environment.

So if you’re ready to put your vehicle to the test in a controlled and safe environment down the black strip, grab a mate to match race down the track .. head to the Raceway for ‘JUST SEND IT’. NEW to the track calendar for 2024 once a month (most months) and for STREET REGISTERED VEHICLES ONLY … no IHRA licenced vehicles.

TICKET INFORMATION:

Tickets will be available at the gate on the day by debit/credit card only, no cash.
When purchasing multiple tickets online, you can share the ticket or change the name of the ticket to the name of the spectator attending.
All Patrons including Racers, Crew, Spectators, Life, Special, Fabulous 5 and Season passholders must show their valid pass to the gate team to enter the venue.

COMPETITOR INFORMATION

All entries must be done online by the Sunday prior to the event date.

Racer/crew entry to the event will be under the below conditions.

Racer entry - $70 Online only

Crew passes - $22 each - Crew Tickets include a $2.00 non-refundable processing fee

To enter you need to log in to the website and go to the 'Racer' tab and click 'Enter Race' this will take you to the events open for entry.

Passenger Rides - $25 each - Cars only

Passenger MUST be 18 years old as a minimum - ID must be shown
$25 per passenger - paid at scrutineering (by card only) and is additional to spectator entry fee
Paperwork to be completed at scrutineering
Only one passenger permitted in the vehicle at a time
Passenger must have approved helmet, long sleeves, long pants and covered shoes
Vehicle must have passenger seat, seat belt/harness and windows must be closed
The passenger is only permitted to ride in the vehicle he/she has signed the indemnity form
Vehicles must have a known performance of no quicker than 12.00 seconds.

PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All persons entering Willowbank Raceway on the event day must hold a ticket.
All persons must stop at the gate on arrival
All entries will be online only. No on day entry will be accepted.
All crew passes must be purchased online with your entry. If you turn up at the gate and do not have a pre purchased crew ticket, you will be required to purchase a spectator ticket (this is available by card only)
Children 13 and under must hold a ticket. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian that all children must abide by rules and regulations the same as all other personnel.
Entries will close midnight Sunday prior to the Event
Once an entry is received and processed by the office the entrant will have their e-tickets (all included in entry and purchased) as per above guideline
No late entries can be accepted
If at the close of entries, we do not have enough to make the event viable we will cancel it and refund the entries received for that date only
Entries will not be refundable
Entries will not be credited for any reason unless Willowbank Raceway cancels the event, or the competitor has a valid medical reason.
Entry to the facility is only on event day, no one will be permitted onsite the night before or permitted to stay onsite overnight after the event closure.
There is no Cash facility available at the gate

Street Vehicle Drag Racing Regulations

While Willowbank Raceway has introduced Street vehicles regulations, Willowbank Raceway is operating all events including Just Send It, Test n Tunes and Street Series as an IHRA member track and all vehicles /driver/riders must abide by the current IHRA Australian rules and regulations at all Events.

Helmet Standards

Helmet Requirements - All entrants must meet the minimum helmet standard found here
Purpose built race vehicles are not permitted to run at this event
Any street vehicle running quicker than 10.00/10.50 (depending on vehicle) WILL NOT receive their time slip and will not be permitted any further runs down the track
