How do I sign up to be a Racer on the website?
To become a Racer, simply complete the Registration Form (click here), enter your details on the Racer Registration Page and click on the “Submit Registration” tab. Registration is FREE and Racers are emailed details of events and exclusive offers prior to general release. Racers are given exclusive booking periods prior to tickets to events being made available to the general public.
When you have completed the Registration Form you will be forwarded to the Registration Success page and are able to login to a secure Racer Area, where you can update your profile, enter Willowbank events, purchase discounted Admission Passes and Seats for Willowbank Raceway events, buy Shop Items and review entrant/purchase receipts.

How do I enter one of the Willowbank events via the Willowbank Website?
To enter the Willowbank events via the website, first you need to register as a Willowbank Racer.
You can do this by scrolling over the “What’s On” tab on the home page and clicking on the event you want to enter e.g If you want to enter Test ‘n’ Tune, you click on Test ‘n’ Tune. This takes you to the Test ‘n’ Tune event page. Click on Enter Event, enter your details on the Online Racer Entry Form, make sure you read the terms and conditions and then tick the box and click the confirm button.

How do I print / email a copy of my Receipt?
To print/email a copy of your receipt click on the “My Events” tab listed on the left hand side of the home page. This will take you to a list of your events. Click on “View details” of the Receipt you want to print/email (Listed next to the event). Click on “Print My Receipt” / “Email My Receipt”.
