Willowbank Raceway  offers a contemporary, high-end hospitality experience within our Corporate Suites, designed for business hosting, client entertainment, and elevated social events.

Enjoy uninterrupted views of an action-packed racing program from your private, air-conditioned suite, featuring panoramic sightlines and a two-tiered elevated seating layout. Full menu and beverage service is available at selected events, allowing guests to relax and connect in comfort.

Positioned directly behind the start line, the Corporate building provides some of the most sought-after viewing in the venue—placing your guests at the centre of the action.

We offer 10 exclusive suites, each accommodating up to 12 guests.

Closed-circuit television coverage is available at selected major race meetings, ensuring you never miss a moment on track.

Corporate Suite Inclusions*

•       12 corporate passes with full access to event grounds

•       VIP car parking access and passes for each day of the event

•       Catering and beverage packages available at specified events

•       Additional beverages available for purchase on the day (credit/debit card only)

*Inclusions do not apply to Corporate Experience ticketholders.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed by completing a booking form.

50% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due at least 30 days from the event.

Please note that all guests, including children, are required to hold a ticket.
