How do I become a Race Fan?

To become a Race Fan, simply complete the Registration Form (click here). Registration is FREE and Race Fans are emailed details of events and exclusive offers prior to general release. Race Fans are given exclusive booking periods prior to tickets to events being made available to the general public.

When you have completed the Registration Form you will be forwarded to the Registration Success page and be able to login to a secure Race Fan Area, where you can update your profile, purchase Admission Passes and Seats for Willowbank Raceway events, buy Shop Items, review purchase receipts and download Print-At-Home E-tickets.

What if I have forgotten my password?

Please click here and fill in your email address and press “Email my login details” (The password for the Race Fan account you have registered to that email account will be emailed to you).

How do I re-name my Print-At-Home E-tickets?

To re-name your tickets – first login to your secure Race Fan Area and then follow the instructions below:
a) Click the “My Tickets” button listed in blue on the right hand side of the page.
b) Click the “View Tickets” link (listed next to your order) to display full booking details.
c) Scroll down the page and click the “Re-name Ticket” button. Enter the name in the area provided and click on the “Change Name” link. The following will be displayed “Your Ticket has been successfully renamed to _____”.
d) When you are satisfied with the name change, click on the “Go back to View Your Tickets” link. Do this for each individual ticket you want to re-name. 
If you have purchased Admission Passes or Reserved Seats for friends or family, once you have renamed the E-tickets in their name, you can download each E-ticket and email them to each ticketholder.

How do I download my tickets?

Print-At-Home E-tickets are available to download from your secure Race Fan Area. The tickets will be stored and remain safe and secure for the life of the ticket therefore there is no rush to download.
To download your tickets – first login to your secure Race Fan Area and then follow the instructions below:
a) Click the “My Tickets” button listed in blue on the right hand side of the page.
b) Click the “View Tickets” link (listed next to your order) to display full booking details.
c) Scroll down the page and click the “Download Ticket” button to view and print. Do this for each individual ticket.

How do I print my E-ticket in hard copy?

Print your Print-At-Home E-tickets using a minimum 300dpi resolution printer, ensuring that the barcode prints properly! They can be printed in black and white, or colour, on standard A4 paper. Once printed, read the terms and conditions.

How do I use my Print-At-Home E-ticket to gain entry to the event?

On the day of the event simply take your E-ticket(s) with you as you would for any event ticket. Then please present your E-ticket on arrival at the entry gate.
Do not give copies of your E-ticket to others.
Treat an E-ticket like Cash.

How do I print / email a copy of my Receipt?

To print a copy of your receipt you click on the “My Tickets” tab listed on the left hand side of the home page. This will take you to a list of your ticket orders. Click on “View details” of the tickets you want to print (Listed next to the ticket order). Click on the “Print My Receipt” button to print, or the “Email My Receipt” button, which will ensure the receipt is emailed to your registered email address.

How do I check the progress of an item I purchased in the Merchandise Shop?

Login to your secure Race Fan area. Click on the blue “Shop Orders” button on the left hand side of the home page. The status of your order will be listed next to each order number. If you want to know more details about the order click on the order number underlined in blue.
